  4. way too many carbs.no protein on the sandwich. veggie oil mayonnaise is horrible for you. you drinking salad dressing because your lacking nutrition. you little bar has way too much sugar. you going to become diabetic eating this garbage. Get away from zoom and eat a High fat Diet. low carbs.
