Hi lovelies, I have a big question, …I’m so confused, so many people that once promoted veganism now promotes eating more healthy fats such as eggs and salmon, I don’t dislike them but I am confused. Is the fruit in smoothies and fruit bad….? I can’t really say if it is anymore. I have digestive issues and eating large amounts of protein and fats is heavy… but I don’t wanna ruin my body by eating too much sugary things. I have high caloric requirements… hope you can help.
