  1. Thx for this. I dont eat meat but I do eat fish. Ill try this with salmon or canned tuna! I saw your video about reverse dieting with Paul Revelia (how i found you).its been tough bc Ive actually gained 2.5lbs so far (week 5). Trying to stay patient and make good food choices.
