Portion Perfection – A visual weight control plan
How we got our start?
Portion Perfection was created by Weight Management Dietitian Amanda Clark in 2004 with the original portion plate. Over15 years assisting clients to manage their weight led to creating tools to help them determine how much of any food was the right amount to eat for weight loss or maintenance.
What makes our product unique?
Each product is designed to fit the system devised by Amanda and everything works together to help with all meals and snacks. Amanda aimed to help people to: 1. Eat the right amount 2. Choose a balanced diet 3. Feel more satisfied through mindful eating. We create tools that make eating less easy.
Why we love what we do?
The Portion Perfection Brand employs a staff of 7 women who enjoy the challenge of helping make difficult things easier through knowledge, research, strategies and a lot of care and understanding. We specialise in weight management through easy lifestyle changes with or without bariatric surgery.
